Stacey Scanlon, OTR/L, CLT-LANA

Since her graduation from the University of Southern Maine’s Master of Occupational Therapy program in 2011, Stacey has had a deep love for learning to meet the needs of the vulnerable populations she worked with. From working in pediatrics to geriatrics, Stacey gravitated towards the medically fragile and medically complex. Throughout her years in direct client care, Stacey became intrigued by the underutilized treatments for lymphedema management. She enrolled in Monarch’s CLT certification course in 2017 where she discovered her true clinical passion. When Stacey joined Monarch as the Director of Education, she knew this was her opportunity to spread knowledge of lymphedema treatment like wildfire and contribute to widespread clinical access for clients.  Stacey, her husband, and her young son live in New Hampshire.  She is a born-and-raised New Englander who does not like the snow.  In her personal time, she enjoys boating, hiking, trying new Asian restaurants, and subjecting her family to various home-cooked instant pot recipes.  Stacey is particularly excited about making connections with trained CLTs and aspiring CLTs within Monarch's various course offerings.  She may be at the front of the classroom, but she adores the opportunity to learn from others and dig deeper into the world of lymphedema management and lymphatic research.
